The history of Jin Cheng Group of Companies can be traced back to 1990s when founder, Mr Huang Zhu Bing started to involve in construction sector. In 1994, Mr Huang Zhu Bing and Mr Lam Kek Chee first registered their business under the name of Jin Cheng Building Construction (JCBC). A sole proprietorship which is mainly providing service of precast labour sub-contracting works.

With the core objective of offering competitive pricing and excellent quality works, (JCBC) grew up over the years and a new company called Jin Cheng Pte Ltd (JCPL) was incorporated in Jan 2008 to better support the group. JCPL’s business expanded in line with rapid growth in Singapore’s private and public housing sectors. Nowadays, JCPL not only supply precast components to private condominiums but also supply to HDB’s public housing projects. We had been working along with many established main contractors in Singapore.

In year Oct 2010, Mr Wong Pat Chii Joined the latter to further expand the business and enhance the workforce, Hence, Jin Cheng Engineering and Cinstruction Pte Ltd (JECE) was established to focus on general building works. The remarkable project execute were Changi Airport Terminal 4, Mead Johson Nurtrition and may other residential and commercial projects.

In May 2012, our precast plant JCEC Concrete Sdn Bhd opened for business. It is located at Senai, Johor, Malaysia. Over the years, we had successfully completed many HDB public housing projects, private residential projects and various industrial building. In order to better support the plant’s steel mould requirements, JCEC Engineering Sdn Bhd was incorporated subsequently, focusing on mould design & fabrication.

Presently, the Group employs approximately 500 staff, with offices located in Singapore and Malaysia. JC Group currently is in progressively expansion and will morphing into a provider of design and build contractor with precast technology.
