Executive Director

Dato Koh Chin Hah joined the Jin Cheng Group of Companies in 2017 and was appointed as a director in the same year. With over 35 years of extensive experience in his career, Dato Koh has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and growth. His expertise spans various aspects of civil engineering, project management, and leadership in the construction industry.

Dato Koh holds an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Strathclyde, UK, which has provided him with a strong foundation in the technical and practical aspects of the field. His professional journey includes significant contributions to major infrastructure projects, innovative construction techniques, and sustainable development practices.

Throughout his career, Dato Koh has been recognized for his commitment to excellence, integrity, and dedication to advancing the industry. His leadership at Jin Cheng Group has been marked by a focus on innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the construction sector.

SIM CHYE GUAN

Asst General Manager

Mr. Sim joined the Jin Cheng Group in May 2021 as Assistant General Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the group’s core precast manufacturing business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in all processes.

With 20 years of experience in the precast manufacturing industry, Mr. Sim has a deep understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects in precast manufacturing. Prior to joining Jin Cheng, he held senior managerial position at another established precast manufacturer, where he was instrumental in driving operational success, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Mr. Sim holds an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia. His educational foundation, combined with his industry experience, has allow him to contribute significantly to the organization.

Finance Manager

Allan holds a Bachelor of Management Accounting (Honours) degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and is a distinguished Fellow Member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). With an extensive career spanning over 20 years, he has accumulated significant expertise in audit, accounting, and finance, working with a diverse range of private companies and multinational corporations.

Before joining JCEC Concrete Sdn Bhd, Allan held key financial roles where he was instrumental in driving financial strategies, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. His responsibilities included overseeing comprehensive financial management, ensuring accurate and timely statutory and internal reporting, managing tax planning and compliance, and handling treasury functions. Additionally, he played a crucial role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, contributing to the overall financial health and sustainability of the organizations he served.
